Continuous Grates
This large continuous low-profile cooking surface provides you with a versatile platform to work on. The
stable cast-iron grate design allows you to effortlessly move your pans from one burner to the other, optimizing the use of the various burner sizes this cooktop features.
SMARTFLAMETM Flame Safety
For maximum user safety, a thermocouple is used to sense the presence of a flame after a burner is turned on. If the flame should blow out, the sensor will immediately register the change in temperature and turn off the gas flow. Now, you can use your gas cooktop without fear of excess gas escaping into the room.
TRIPLEFLAMETM Burner
In its lowest setting, only the small center flame is activated heating small pots or pans for simmering. If the output is increased, the two outer rings are added to the simmer flame. At the maximum setting, all three flame rings put out a powerful 15,500 BTU for consistent heat distribution across the bottom of large pots and pans.
Low-Profile Design
The sleek, low profile design of Bosch's gas cooktops is elegantly understated and blends seamlessly into any countertop. In stainless steel, the recessed cooktop has a deep spill tray that contains boil-overs for easy cleanup. The shallow depth allows for easy installation of an oven or warming drawer beneath the cooktop.
