Telescopic Rack
The telescopic rack is designed with ball bearings for that easy-glide motion. The full-extension rack extends over the open oven door for complete access to your meal. This ingenious feature allows you to baste large cuts of meat and poultry safely without having to reach into the oven.
Temperature Probe
The temperature probe is the perfect device to prevent overcooked meat once and for all. When your meal has reached the
preset internal temperature, the oven shuts itself off automatically. And it does so with an unobtrusive electronic beep, letting you know it’s time to enjoy.
Fast Preheat
When speed is of the essence, Bosch 700 Series ovens have a feature to help. With Fast Preheat, the Genuine European Convection oven heats up in less than six minutes. This, combined with the convection mode, allows you to substantially
reduce overall cooking time.
Genuine European Convection
Genuine European Convection features a 2500-watt third heating element that surrounds the two-speed fan, circulating preheated air throughout the oven. This translates into faster cooking and prevents crossover of flavors when cooking an entire meal at once.
Large Capacity Ovens
All Bosch ovens boast a large cavity. The ovens feature a concealed bake element underneath the oven floor, allowing for optimized interior space and multiple-rack cooking.
