The Château 150 immediately sets the tone in a kitchen. It is used by a wide number of enlightened professional and amateur chefs throughout the world. Its culinary possibilities are exceptional.
Two vaulted ovens, one gas and the other electric, devoted to meat, poultry, fish and pastry respectively. Two large storage drawers may also be used as a warming oven.
The cooktop is made entirely from stainless steel and offers numerous organizational possibilities to suit your culinary needs. For example, a cast iron hot plate and 4 automatic ignition 11,000 BTU solid brass burners, rounded off with a snack plate, a lava rock grill, a deep fryer or even a ceramic hob.
Colors and Trim
La Cornue offers a selection of twenty-six finishes and twelve combinations of chrome, nickel, copper or brass trims. If you do not like any of the coloured enamels, La Cornue can create the design of your choice.
