Only slightly less impressive than the Château 180, the Château 165 also combines two vaulted ovens. A large gas oven and an electric bake oven. The hob is made entirely from stainless steel and offers numerous organizational possibilities.
For example, a combination of a cast iron hot plate, professional automatic ignition 11,000 BTU or 20,000 BTU burners and, in addition, an electric plate or a lava rock grill, etc.
There are two storage drawers at the bottom, which may serve to warm dishes when the oven is in use.
Colors and Trim
La Cornue offers a selection of twenty-six finishes and twelve combinations of chrome, nickel, copper or brass trims. If you do not like any of the coloured enamels, La Cornue can create the design of your choice.
