Features
- The vast 60" range can be customized precisely for your preferred cooking style or styles. Choose six dual burners and add a French Top, infrared griddle or infrared charbroiler, or a combination thereof.
- Underneath, two full-size convection ovens boast our infrared broiler that cooks with virtually no warm up. The interior capacity of each oven is 2.7 cubic feet and the interior dimensions are 24"W by 16-1/2"H by 17"D.
- Dual brass burners feature automatic reignition at all settings. The burners can produce 16,000 BTUs for professional cooking heat and turn down to 500 BTUs for those delicate jobs like melting chocolate.
- Cast iron porcelain top grates.
- The stainless steel drip tray pulls out on ball bearing slides, providing a smooth glide to and from the locked position and making it easy to remove and clean.
- The large red control knobs have four position settings. Chrome bezels surround all knobs.
- Door windows and interior lights in ovens.
- Three-inch stainless steel legs in front and adjustable rear casters.
- Full side panels and skirt.

- Our infrared technology distributes heat more evenly and effectively for superior cooking results. It also eliminates the need for messy lava rock.
- Choose the infrared charbroiler and make grilling a four-season event. You can grill meat indoors if the climate doesn't allow you to grill outside, with minimal preheating time.
- The infrared griddle gives you fast temperature recovery and even cooking. It's great for cooking a large breakfast of bacon, eggs and pancakes.
- The French Top provides an array of temperatures on one large cooking surface. You can cook several different food dishes simultaneously.
- The French Top is great for an all-day stew or as a high heat for searing and sautéing.
- Our Wolf gas ranges are available in natural or LP gas with the Classic Stainless steel finish.
